During the camp, students will have a daily break for snack and recreational activities. Students are expected to provide their own lunch and snack. However, in the event of any food-sharing between students or special cases of staff provided snacks, please list any allergies or special-needs accommodations for your child: Allergies:

I authorize the use of video and photos of my child to be used by El Ballet Folklórico Estudiantil, a non-profit organization whose mission is to increase self-confidence and leadership for diverse youth through education, practice of cultural heritage values, arts and performance of Mexican traditions. Please check below:*

Students may partake in water-based activities on one of the camp days—the specific day will be provided at the beginning of camp. These activities will consist of a water balloon fight during the daily camp recreational time, fully supervised by teachers and staff at all times. Students will need to bring a change of clothes and a towel with them to camp on this day. Alternative recreational activities will be provided to students not permitted to participate in water-specific activities.*
